85 Bedok North Fried Oyster is a legendary hawker stall famous for its smoky fried oyster omelette.
85 Bedok North Fried Oyster is one of the most iconic stalls at Fengshan Food Centre, drawing long queues for its legendary orh luak (fried oyster omelette). The dish features plump fresh oysters folded into a crispy-chewy egg-and-starch batter, cooked over high heat to achieve that prized wok hei (breath of the wok), then drizzled with a tangy chilli sauce that cuts through the richness. It is the kind of dish that keeps foodies travelling across the island to Bedok. The stall typically opens in the late afternoon and sells out well before closing, a testament to demand that has endured for decades. Prices are modest by any standard, and portions come in small and large sizes. The stall also serves a mean fried kway teow, but the fried oyster is the undeniable star that puts this stall on the Singapore food map.
If you consider yourself a hawker food enthusiast, 85 Bedok North Fried Oyster is a pilgrimage-worthy stop. Come early, join the queue, and taste wok hei perfection.

Not sure why this stall is rated 2 stars, the oyster omelet is definitely worth more than this. You even need to wait around 15mins for the food. Overall, the oyster is nice (fresh and no smell), the egg is alright, not the crispy type which i prefer though. The chilli is a bit sourish but quite nice as well.
