I must compliment 2 sales personnel Ping Ping from China and Sokanha from Cambodia. While Singapore is not really known for their customer service these 2 ladies are the reason why I decided to make my purchase Ping Ping is very friendly and helpful while Sokanha convince me the shoes will not hurt my feet and she help me to expand the shoes, wax the part where it hurt and I ended up with a nice comfortable pair of shoe. Times are hard and its like winning lottery to have good front line staffs who are very important for business to survive I hope bosses of D&C will take note of their level of dedication , recognised and reward them. Give the sales.people $10 for every good review and I am sure not only these 2 ladies will continue to be encouraged by your reward all your sales people will be motivated too . Hope my feedback and compliments will help d co to strive to do even better.
