This is the worst bank I ever been. The supervisor and staff are extremely bad in customer service. Waited more than an hour for the staff to tell you something is wrong with the system and I can’t process your transaction, with no apology!

Beware if you open USD fixed deposit with them. If you have an early withdrawal for a 12 month FD interest at 0.5% the penalty is outrageous 4.35% based on the supervisor disposition. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience indeed.

People who complaint slow service by BOC (Bedok) should go and try UOB which took almost 5 hours to open an account. My wife and I find the staffs are helpful and friendly.
